Yes — all peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use. We carry bacteriostatic water at $5 per vial. Just let us know how many you need when you order.
Draw the appropriate amount of bacteriostatic water into a syringe, inject it slowly down the side of the vial — not directly onto the powder — and let it dissolve gently. Don't shake. Seth or Justin will give you exact instructions for your specific compounds when you order.

Peptides are freeze-dried (lyophilized) into powder form for one reason: stability. In liquid form, peptides degrade quickly. As powder, they can be shipped at room temperature and stored for months without losing potency.
Before use, you mix the powder with bacteriostatic water — a sterile water with a small amount of benzyl alcohol that prevents bacterial growth. We sell bacteriostatic water for ask us. You'll need one vial per peptide vial you order.
Once reconstituted (mixed), store your vial in the refrigerator and use within 28–30 days.

Most research peptides are administered via subcutaneous injection — a small, shallow injection under the skin, typically in the abdomen. It's done with a tiny insulin syringe (31-gauge needle, about 5/16" long) and most people describe it as a minor pinch at most.
This is not the same as an intramuscular injection. Subcutaneous injections are significantly easier and less intimidating than they sound — the needle is very small and goes just under the skin surface, not into muscle.
